MAPPING

This assignment made me aware of how the problem-solving process works. Through the ICEBERG I have gained insight into the consequences of certain structures that are visible during an "event" and what the causes of this are. With the PROCESS MAP that I made, I mapped out the entire route that is visible from the creation of the product to the use of the product (the souvenir that we made). These methods in combination with the sources and information found have brought me to the end product that we have now made. It is a product that has value due to its origins and because people would like to take something from the visited place. It is also about raising awareness of the salt surplus that exists. Salt is a "material" with many possibilities and that can serve for many different effects. Looking back on this project, I am very satisfied with the outcome and with the methods that have helped me get to where I am now, these are things that I will take with me and will certainly use more often to get a better view of the target groups, resources, problems and solutions.
