THEORY COLET
To summarize what the theory to this practice had taught me: I became more aware of the active roles other participants play within my research but also in the process of solving problems. When working with the iceberg model and the mapping, we had to really pay attention to underlying thoughts and branches that were also influencing the event. This is something I was not unaware of but just didn't think of when doing my research in the first place. Inside my project, this has helped very well. I was looking for a problem to solve when I didn't need a problem to have one in order to look at the relations between organizations and people. your target audience and tool should satisfy both parties within this relation. You cannot always satisfy every one of course, but by trying to find something both parties can profit of, you have found a balance. I will keep thinking of these strategies when working on a new project. I think this would really benefit my own research and the outcome.
